CAS is committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive dining experience for our diverse community. As part of that commitment, we offer personalized support for students with food allergies, special diets, and other nutrition-related needs.

We take dietary concerns seriously. I檓 available to meet one-on-one to help with food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or general nutrition questions. While our menus are labeled with icons to indicate gluten-friendly, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free items, the best way we can support you is through direct communication.

From gluten-friendly and kosher-friendly options to vegan, vegetarian, and top-9 allergen-friendly stations, there檚 something for everyone攁nd I檓 here to help you find what works best for you.
