Student Accounts Billing Information
The information below is intended to assist you with settling your college bill. We know that paying for College can be complex, and we are here to help! Please review the information below and reach out to Student Accounts at studentaccounts@geneseo.edu or at 585-245-5621 with any questions.
- File your FAFSA at
- Complete NYS TAP application at –Ìýif you have already completed the application, verify your award will be going to 91Ó°ÊÓ, our college code is 0920
- Complete the Excelsior Scholarship application by August 31st at
- If borrowing a Federal Direct student loan, accept the loan(s) on your my91Ó°ÊÓ account and complete the online Entrance Counseling & Master Promissory Note at .
- If borrowing through the federal parent loan program, complete the Parent PLUS loan application and Master Promissory Note online at
- If considering a private education loan, go to to view lenders and apply
- Set up parents, guardians or anyone else as anÌýAuthorized PayerÌýon the online Student Account Center so they receive notification of college bills and can make online payments.
- Complete the Consent to Release Financial Information form atÌýÌýto allow authorized parties to speak with the Financial Aid & Student Accounts Offices on your behalf. Ìý
- Set upÌýdirect depositÌýfor any potential future refunds on the Student Account Center.
- Sign up for our 4 payment plan on the Student Account Center, if needed, or go toÌý/student_accounts/payment/.Ìý Remember to make your first payment by August 20³Ù³óÌýas they™re not automatic payment withdrawals.
- Pay your billÌýeither online, over the phone or by mail (there are no credit card processing fees!)
- If paying from a 529 account, submit withdrawal request to your 529 provider.Ìý Our federal college code, if needed, is 002845. Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to be received by the college.
