Online Guidance Documents and Student Complaint Procedures
91Ó°ÊÓ’s guidelines for online programs and courses are maintained by the Online Program Development Committee, endorsed by Faculty Governance, and may be found under the Center for Digital Learning’s Online Learning. Students who have a concern with a 91Ó°ÊÓ online learning experience should first speak with their instructor. If unsatisfied, elevate the concern to the program chair. If still unsatisfied, bring the concern to the Chair of the Online Program Development Committee, via email with “online concern” in the subject line. If needed, concerns may be elevated to SUNY or SARA; see the process articulated with links here.
